You never know what to expect in Roma!!

Ciao from Roma! Yesterday I left off with heading out to dinner... well dinner turned out to be quite something. We ate at a little quaint restaurant in Campo de Fiori which just happened to be the same restaurant that some Italian men were having a bachelor party. Wow was that something, they had managed to bring there own instruments (guitar & piano) and bought out a flower vendor for a bundle of roses. We were one of the lucky few to get roses and we were serenaded by these lovely Italian men with some pretty popular songs which included La Bamba and That's Amore also followed by some familiar american songs that they only knew half of the lyrics to! It was a delicious dinner and very entertaining. We strolled through Piazza Navona and browsed the street performers fire jugglers, artists, and even puppet masters! Followed by walking to see the Trevi Fountain at night, what a sight!! It was a great evening and one I will surely remember forever. Tonight we started a tradition to continue throughout the semester... dinner with the guys! We joined some of the guys at there apartment for a sit down italian dinner consisting of bread, caprese (tomatoes and mozzarella), and of course pasta! It was awesome and who can complain about getting cooked dinner every once and a while! Tomorrow we have planned a trip to Ikea... my absolute favorite store to pick up some necessities! Hope everyone is well, miss you all Ciao!
